Troubleshooting common problems
Blank screens, missing chat buttons, calendar errors and notification trouble.
A page looks blank or out of date
Close and reopen the app, or pull down to refresh the page.
No chat button beside someone
They are on the roster but have not created and had an account approved yet.
Google will not add the calendar
Copy the feed link and paste it into Google's Add By URL screen instead.
No notifications on iPhone
Add the site to your home screen, open it from there, and allow notifications when asked.
Still stuck
Use the Contact page and tell us what you tried — a screenshot helps a lot.
