Spaces: group conversations that stay
How spaces differ from group messages, and how to join or leave one.
A group message is a fixed set of people. A space is an ongoing room around a topic — study notes, service projects, prayer — that people can join and leave.
- 1Open Chat and choose Browse Spaces.
- 2Read the description to see what a space is for.
- 3Join it — the history comes with you.
- 4Leave any time from the space menu; you can rejoin later.
Filters at the top of the chat list let you show everything, direct messages only, or spaces only.
