Admin Guide
Admin: members, roles and permissions
Approve accounts, build custom roles, and decide who can see what.
Admin → Members lists every account with its status. From there you can approve, edit, reset a password or remove access.
Roles decide what each person can reach. Alongside the built-in roles you can build your own — for example a Prayer Manager or Roster Manager — and tick exactly which areas and actions they get. Permissions add up when someone holds more than one role.
View-only roles never see private answers or contact details that members chose to keep hidden.
