Signing in and staying signed in
Where to sign in, what to do when it fails, and how sessions behave.
- 1Choose Sign In from the header, the footer, or the app icon on your home screen.
- 2Enter the email address on your account and your password.
- 3You land on your dashboard.
If it will not let you in
- Check for a stray space at the start or end of your email address.
- Use the eye icon to confirm your password is typed the way you meant it.
- Try Forgot Password — it is faster than guessing.
- Still no luck? Send a note from the Contact page and a leader will check the account.
Once you are in, you stay signed in on that device between visits — including in the installed app — until 30 minutes of inactivity or you sign out yourself.
