Reset a forgotten password
Request a reset link by email and set a new password.
- 1On the sign-in screen choose Forgot Password.
- 2Enter the email on your account and submit.
- 3Open the email and choose the reset button.
- 4Pick a new password that meets the requirements and save.
For your safety the message is always the same whether or not the email is on file. Reset links expire, so request a fresh one if it has been sitting a while.
Check your spam folder before asking again — repeated requests in a short window can be held back.
