Simple habits that keep conversations useful and respectful.
- Treat anything shared in confidence as confidential — do not forward it.
- Use a thread for a side conversation so the main flow stays readable.
- Mention someone only when you genuinely need their eyes on it.
- Keep late-night messages to the people who need them; others may have reminders on.
- Photos of other people's families are theirs to share, not yours.
If a message crosses a line, tell a leader. They can act on the account and remove content.
